Brief History of the Tulip Project

Re-edition of the 1956 "Tulip Table" project by Eero Saarinen, the table is supplied with a lacquered aluminum casting base and Calacatta Oro Marble top.
Base:-
base Ø cm 40x39H - for Ø 51 cm tops;-
base Ø cm.40x39H - for oval tops cm 60x40;
- Glossy white or black lacquered, matt or RAL colors only on request;
Top - in gold calacatta Marble, thickness mm. 20, bevelled edge. Glossy finishing.
Upon request we can supply:
Top with a matt finishing without any price increase, but with longer delivery times. This finishing has to be specified in the “order note”.
Top with polyester coating; however, we specify that this finishing over time may alter the color of the top, yellowing it.
Marble is a natural stone and each top, being different from the other, must be considered as a "unique piece".
If you read carefully in the "MARBLE CHARACTERISTICS" section you will learn about the formation of the block itself and the peculiarities of each type of marble, resulting from the process of metamorphosis of the stone.
Marked veining, slight surface irregularities, natural impurities, small holes, colouring and inclusions of various types do not affect the quality or structural strength of the top and are a characteristic of marble and cannot therefore be considered defects. They cannot, therefore, constitute grounds for complaint.
