Born in 1969, she graduated in industrial design in Brazil. In 1994, she finished a master's degree at the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, after which she collaborated with various studios in Milan. From 1995 to 2001 she collaborated with Sottsass Associati, Milan developing projects including: objects, exhibitions, showrooms, yachts and private residences.

Currently she is working as an independent designer. Her recent work includes designing objects such as silverware for Pampaloni, silk-screened glass vases for Egizia, stainless steel objects for Abert and Brognoli, decorations for Muraoka Japan, porcelain for Rosenthal, furniture for Edra, jewellery for San Lorenzo, lights for Tecnodelta and yacht interiors for Lurssen.
In 2006 she returned to live in Brasil and has set up her own studio in Rio de Janeiro.
In 2008 she spent three months developing her ownceramics at the EKWC in Hertogenbosch, Holland.

She has received awards and has been selected in numerous design competitions among which the home appliances contest in 1992 in Brazil, the "Lorenz" prize in Germany with a children's puzzle in 1998, in Italy for the “Young&Design” contest, the Macef Award for one of the best products of the Spring 2002 edition and in the same year was selected for the ADI Design Index for the chaise
