The Wincranz Company, starting from a model in metal and papier-mâché made by the author, built the first Arabesk and presented it at the Salone del Mobile in Gothenburg in 1955. The product had a considerable success with critics and audiences and opened a fertile period dedicated to the design of furniture for the same company.
