Garth’s career began in his native Toronto but soon thereafter, it took him to New York, where, he designed in the areas of interiors, product design, and branding. In 2005 Garth expanded his design presence to include Europe were he was quickly given the opportunity to develop design for the premium furniture brands B&B Italia,and Zanotta. Garth’s cross-disciplinary design approach is guided by an aesthetic philosophy that creates a delicately balanced tension between pure materials and essential forms. Currently, Garth maintains his international viewpoint on creativity by living and designing between Milan, Berlin, and New York.
