Mark Robson

Mark Robson's furniture projects often arise from an idea and experimental research. These jobs are therefore fueling industrial projects for mass production, more commercial ideas. Known at Barnet in Hertfordshire, GB, he lived and worked in France since 1990. From 1983 to 1987 studied at Middlesex University in London. In 1989 he obtained a Master in Furniture Design at the Royal College of Art in London. Since 1993, he has been a freelance artist and has participated in various exhibitions such as Axis Gallery, Tokyo; the International Biennial, Belgium; Center Pompidou France; Salon du Meuble, France; Superstudio Più, Milan. His works are present in permanent collections of several museums such as the London Design Museum and the Minneapolis Museum of Modern Art.
