The Folk collection is the result of a search for simplicity. The friendly character, the warmth of ash, the compact dimensions, the soft and human lines seem to convey the idea of a chair in a universal language. A die-cast aluminium ring, light and resistant, becomes the load-bearing and distinctive element of the chair, also allowing easy disassembly for recycling and component replacement. The ash frame embraces the aluminium ring that houses the Vienna straw seat, which guarantees optical lightness and maximum resistance thanks to the nylon threads inserted in the weave. The curved plywood backrest provides comfort and envelopment.
