Who are you?
Our offices are located in Via Fermi, 1, 53036 Poggibonsi, among the hills of the province of Siena, in the beautiful Tuscany, Italy!

Do you have a shop or a showroom where I can physically see your products before purchasing them?
Our ecommerce activity is only online. Therefore we don't have a store or warehouse because we want to avoid unnecessary costs to be able to offer you more competitive prices.

How can I contact you?

Can you help me with a furnishing consulting service?
If you need to furnish premises for your business or you want to realize a project, our Architect will meet your needs by providing a professional interior design service that can range from a simple furnishing consulting to the realization of a complete intervention, including the necessary administrative procedures.

Can you send me samples of the covers?
We would be happy to send you samples of the covers: please contact us by email at info@italiandesigncontract.com specifying the one you are interested in.

How can I stay updated about your offers and news?
Please register on our website by clicking on "USER ACCOUNT" at the top right corner of the page, and then click on "Register".
By registering, you will have the opportunity to see your orders and check their status, save and/or change your personal informations, and you can choose to receive our newsletter with our latest news and promotions!

ORDER

Can I buy if I have a VAT number?

f course! For customers in the CEE countries with the International VAT number, the selling price will be reduced by the Italian VAT rate in force at the date of the order.

Do you apply any discounts for big quantities?
Yes, in this case, please contact us by email at info@italiandesigncontract.com: we will be happy to send you a personalised quotation.

How can I apply a discount code?
If you have a discount code received by email or by subscribing to our newsletter, simply write it at the time of the order, during the check-out, in the "Coupon Code" field just before the "COMPLETE ORDER" button, and check that the discount has been applied correctly before submitting the order. Do you need a minimum order?
For some items there is a minimum order (for example, 2 pieces) for packaging and storage needs. If you need different quantities, please contact us by email at info@italiandesigncontract.com

How can I choose the finishes and/or the covers I want?
On each product you find the available finishes to buy online, so that you can easily choose the model and options you prefer, also specified in the product description. Selecting the various versions it will appear the corresponding price. To order the ones you want, please also specify them upon order, in the field " Order Notes" before proceeding to payment.

Is the payment by credit card safe?
For transactions with credit cards, the transmission of payment information is via PayPal and then at high security standards that don't allow access by third parties. For any information please contact us by phone at +39 0577 985801 or by email to info@italiandesigncontract.com

SHIPMENT

Do you ship worldwide?

Yep! To find out the shipping fees just fill out the order form and select the country of destination: our system will automatically calculate the cost of delivery.
As for destinations such as the US and Canada, or other countries where there is no automatic delivery quotation, you will receive, before you can make the payment of the order and finalize it, a custom quote by email including the exact amount of the shipping expenses.

Is shipping included in the product price?
No, shipping is never included in the product price. To view the amount of shipping charges, just select the item and the desired amount of it and proceed to check-out by filling in all the fields of the order form. Our system will automatically calculate the cost of delivery. The purchase is finalized only once received the payment.

Do you deliver to upper floors or disadvantaged areas?
The shipping service refers to products delivered to ground floor / front door of the given address. For delivery to upper floors / basements; delivery in town centres; express deliveries; urgent deliveries; deliveries with deadlines; delivery by appointment; special deliveries. Delivery to disadvantaged areas, remote areas; minor islands, Venice and Laguna, there is an extra charge will be successively communicated by email.

What are the shipping times?
The shipping times on the descriptions of the products are approximate. We will be informed about the precise shipping times each time by the Manufacturer and we will indicate them on the FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION that you will receive by email.
Please inform us immediately upon order about urgent shippings.

How can I know when I will receive my order?
We will inform you when the goods will be shipped giving you the tracking number, so that you can easily track your order and know the estimated delivery date.

RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

Do I have a warranty on the products I buy?
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery. Arte & Design srl guarantees that the products sold to the consumer comply with the sales description and that they are fit for the purpose for which they were intended.

Can I return a product?
You have the right to return the purchased goods and to receive a refund of monies paid for the goods without being in any way penalized and without specifying the reason for the withdrawal. In order to exercise this right, you should send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Arte & Design Srl within 10 days of receipt of the goods from the Courier. Goods must be returned intact, unused, unaltered, free of stains, dry, and undamaged. The single-use seal and internal packaging should be intact as these constitute an integral part of the goods.
All costs for the return of goods, without exceptions, shall be borne by the client.

And if the goods I receive have been damaged?
We have carefully chosen our Courier to be sure that the goods are handled in the best possible way during transport, ensuring that products arrive undamaged.
But in the unlikely event that you detect defects are in the products you ordered, please send an email to info@italiandesigncontract.com within 5 days of delivery of goods, specifying the delivery note or invoice number, the codes and quantities of the defective articles, and a description of the defects.
All transport costs, both for the return of the damaged goods and for delivery of the replacement goods, shall be borne by the Vendor. Replacements will take place in the shortest time possible.
