Furniture bonus 2022, how it works and what you can buy

Sunshine and warm weather bring with them the desire for change, so why not renew the spaces we live in every day? Brightening up our spaces produces new energy and stimulation from which we can draw many benefits.
If you need one more reason to decide to revolutionize your spaces, this is the right time to do it, as the Italian government's furniture bonus has been extended.
This benefit for the year 2022 consists of a 50% tax deduction (Irpef) on a maximum expenditure of €10,000 on the purchase of furniture to furnish a property undergoing renovation. Transport and assembly costs can also be included in the deduction, but the essential requirement for the claim to be accepted is that the goods are paid for by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Given the opportunity you have right now, here are some useful ideas for giving your home, office or business a new style. Below are our top three:

  • Tulip table
A great classic, originally designed by Eero Saarinen, sober and able to give harmony to the context in which it is inserted thanks to its light lines. There are different versions, able to satisfy the many needs of those who buy it: it can be a dining table or a coffee table, it can have an oval or round top and be made of different materials and in different colours.

  • Wagenfeld Lamp
Another cult piece, designed by Wiehelm Wagenfeld in the mechanical workshops of the Bauhaus. This is another example of how the form of an article embraces its functionality. It is an easily recognisable object, as it best represents the basic principle of the Bauhaus current: cleanse the product of decoration and focus on its use. This lamp therefore, in its interesting simplicity, is able to give any environment a distinctive feature in different materials and colours.

  • Barcelona armchair
Designed by Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe for the Universal Exhibition in Barcelona in 1929. This seat was designed to rest the Spanish king and queen during their visit to the German pavilion, so the designer wanted to give it a sense of royalty inspired by ancient Rome. It is an armchair with an aesthetic that is as classic as it is contemporary, and buying it means choosing comfort without sacrificing a certain personality. Since the leather upholstery can be made in different colours, inserting this product does not mean overturning your spaces, but giving them an iconic touch
