Jin. Of juniper berries (Juniperus communis L.), of Mediterranean maquis liquid, transparent, pungent, distilled, botanical, alcoholic, crystalline and brilliant. The scent of juniper starts out bursting, but the sunny Mediterranean character of the tomato stands out, a ripe tomato that enlivens the heart of the fragrance, followed by notes of rosemary, mint, basil, up to the citrusy cedar, a fragrant and refreshing cedar that smooths the composition, bringing it back towards drier notes. To be consumed without moderation, it dilutes in alcohol a green, aromatic and spicy olfactory pyramid with a sparkling, sensual and elegant trail that aims to be a lively, icy and mysterious homage to the atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties. The originality comes from a botanical that distinguishes and characterises it for the tomato fruit
