Lemon: sun plant par excellence endowed with extraordinary properties. With its fresh, citrusy aroma, the oil is extracted from the peel of the fruit by pressing. When diffused in rooms, the clean energy of lemon encourages good concentration, a calming and relaxing action. It is an excellent antibiotic and has an invigorating effect on the circulatory system.

Eucalyptus: The essential oil is extracted from leaves and small branches. Fresh, balsamic and intense, it is the king of breath: it purifies the air and opens the lungs. It promotes order, cools excessively turbulent spirits and refreshes ideas.

Litsea: the essential oil, with its gentle citrus scent, is extracted from the small berries of the plant that grows in the Far East. Fresh and persistent, it can have a dual action, both stimulating and calming. Litsea is a sedative, neurovegetative balancer, antidepressant and natural anxiolytic. It helps combat fears, phobias, insomnia and nervousness.

Rosemary: stimulating, on the nervous system when inhaled, gives energy, aids concentration and improves memory. It is indicated in cases of asthenia, low blood pressure, weakness and fatigue, including mental fatigue. Anti-cellulite, it is used as an ingredient in cosmetic products and mud baths against cellulite or localised adiposity.

Myrtle: essential oil with a fresh, intense fragrance, extracted from the leaves of the plant that prefers cool, shady places and is covered in beautiful white flowers in spring. A symbol of purity and beauty of the soul, it also has a great purifying effect on the body. Extremely useful for all respiratory ailments.

Incense: distilled in a current of steam from the resin of the plant. It makes breathing slower, which makes it an ideal essential oil for meditation and prayer. It creates an atmosphere that predisposes to calm. It exerts a relaxing action on the emotional sphere and stimulates the higher psychic faculties.
