Inspired by the lanterns of the past, Giravolta is a rechargeable wireless lamp with a contemporary design, suitable for outdoor use. Its name expresses its essence: on one hand its rotating diffuser and, on the other, its rechargeability, hence the mention of Alessandro Volta and his main invention, the battery. Two plastic discs, the base and the LED diffuser that rotates 360° and directs the light, are the main elements of this lamp. An arch in extruded aluminium, painted in a matching colour, surrounds them becoming a comfortable handle.
The lighting body contains the LED board, the lithium battery, the micro USB socket for charging and the power button. As an extra option, a magnet in the base allows the lamp to be fixed to metal surfaces, even vertical.
