Design glass tajine pot with a high technological component. Tala will allow you to cook on sight and serve your dishes directly on this spectacular designer tajine.

Some curiosities: cooking takes place over a low heat and is slow and gradual to give the elements inside time to concentrate and flavour themselves with their own juices, the food to be cooked is placed in the base of the pot with the addition of a watery part that favours the production of steam while cooking, thus guaranteeing a gradual uniformity of cooking. When cooking on the cooker, always use the included flame spreading grid for better heat distribution. The arrangement of the food to be cooked inside the Tajine is extremely important: the cooking process inside the Tajine proceeds from the inside out, so food that will need longer cooking time should be arranged in the centre of the vessel.
